2 Where the Fund is liquid, a 30-day notice period is required for withdrawals but requests may be processed and paid sooner at the Responsible Entity's discretion. Withdrawal requests are subject to the Product Disclosure Statement and may be delayed or suspended in accordance with the procedures set out in the Product Disclosure Statement and the Fund Constitution. Note that up to 18 months is allowed under the constitution to satisfy withdrawal requests. Refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for details on withdrawals from the Fund.

Steve Bennett
Managing Director
Steve Bennett is a Managing Director of MA Financial Group in Asset Management.
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in corporate and structured credit and has extensive experience in originating, structuring, underwriting and distributing debt and quasi debt products in the Australian and Asian markets.
Steve previously held the roles of Group Executive, Finance & Treasury at Consolidated Press Holdings (Packer Family Company), Managing Director, Head of Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Asia Pacific and Executive Vice President, Head of Structured Credit at Bankers Trust Australia.
Steve holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University.
Steve has been the Director, South Sydney Rugby League Football Club Limited since 2014.

John Sheffield
Managing Director
John Sheffield is a Managing Director of MA Financial Group in Asset Management.
John has over 30 years’ experience across financial markets, asset management and private, commercial and institutional banking segments.
John previously held senior risk management roles at National Australia Bank (NAB) across investments, private wealth management, asset management, and financial institutions credit covering global funds and NBFI risk. Prior to NAB, John had senior credit risk roles at the Commonwealth Bank in the financial markets and institutional banking business.
John holds a Bachelor of Business with a joint major in Accounting and Finance from Charles Sturt University.

Construction and management of the Portfolio
The investment strategy to be used by the Manager includes inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, the ability of the Manager to build and maintain a Portfolio that achieves the Fund's investment objective, and which is consistent with the investment strategy and investment guidelines set out in this PDS and as permitted under the law.
Credit risk
Credit risk is the risk that one or more assets in the Portfolio may decline in price or fail to pay interest or principal when due because the credit counterparty or borrower experiences a decline in its financial status.
Investment Sourcing
The success of the Fund depends on the ability of the Manager to identify suitable investment opportunities. The availability of investment opportunities will be subject to market conditions and other factors outside the control of the Manager.

Design and Distribution Obligation
