Fund overview
The Fund is actively managed by a global team of highly credentialed and experienced investment professionals based in New York and Sydney, with a strong track record of delivering outstanding risk-adjusted returns in private credit.
The Fund is focused on specialty lending opportunities in the United States, where large banks are not efficient or optimal providers of capital. In these verticals, which can be highly scalable in the world’s largest and deepest lending market, private credit funds can capitalise on market dislocations to earn excess returns relative to risk.
The Fund seeks to achieve its investment object principally by investing directly or indirectly in the MA Specialty Credit Income Fund (Interval Fund), and credit investments managed by subsidiaries of MA Financial Group. The Fund provides Unitholders access to, a differentiated and diversified portfolio of credit investments, with a particular focus on private debt opportunities in the world’s largest credit market – the United States (US). The investments of the Fund will be held in USD.
